We are glad to offer You FREE SHIPPING on all orders internationally.
All Items will be shipped via SingPost Airmail Service. Order above 25 USD will be automatically upgraded to Registered Airmail and would be provided with the shipment confirmation tracking number.

Expediated shipments will be sent by courier using EMS Speedpost or DHL.

Estimated delivery time

Most orders will be shipped from our office within 1-2 working days from the payments received and cleared.
We ship our orders from Monday to Friday. Weekends orders will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, if Monday is a Holiday.

For Delivery time via standard shipping estimates, click here. For US, UK, Australia the average delivery duration is 6-8 business days.

Expediated shipment estimated delivery is 3-4 working days from the date of the shipment. You can track point to point via tracking number provided for expediated shipment methods.

International buyers are fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.

Note: We don't use the word 'jewelry' on the external packaging!

We are very confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations, as your satisfaction is our utmost priority and goal. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return or exchange your item within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Unlike other companies, we do not collect a restocking fee, and guarantee a full refund or exchange.
Be assured that we will always honor our guarantee of your 100% satisfaction with your silver jewelry purchase. We will speedily process your refund and credit your card for the purchase amount, no questions asked.

Returns and exchanges

If for any reasons you are not happy with your purchase, return the jewelry within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price.
A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of receiving back your order in the form the payment was received.
The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way. We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or broken due to our company's negligence.

How to return

1. Please email us at nittu2000@gmail.com to let us know you are returning the jewelry. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice.
2. The jewelry should be mailed in a box, not an envelope as the jewelry may be crushed in an envelope.

3. You may want to insure your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend using the postal service's Delivery Confirmation that will show when your package was delivered to us.
4. Your return will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
5. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In case of damage, alteration or wear, a credit will not be issued. We suggest shipping insurance as we will not replace or refund jewelry lost or stolen in the mail while in delivery from you to us.

How to exchange

We will be happy to exchange your item.
When you send jewelry back to us please tell us (on a copy of the invoice) what jewelry you would like to receive for an exchange. Be sure to include the jewelry item style name, gemstone-type and the price. We will credit your account for the amount of the returned jewelry, and then charge you for the replacement silver jewelry and your new jewelry will be on its way to your door.
If you would like your jewelry to be faster - just order your new jewelry online and also mail your return jewelry to us. Your new jewelry will arrive in 6-9 business days, and, when we receive your returned jewelry, we will credit your card for the amount of purchase.
